Our Gold (1,000), Platinum (2,000), and Diamond ($3,000) sponsorship levels all include exhibit space, providing a convenient way to combine both opportunities into one package. Silver (500) and Bronze (250) sponsorships are also available for businesses wishing to support the convention at a different level.

Convention Details

Exhibit Setup & Hours

Exhibitors may start setting up displays on Sunday, June 27 after 3:00 p.m.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Sunday, June 27, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Monday, June 28, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 29, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Optional exhibiting during the Tuesday evening concert, 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Included Meal Benefits

Exhibitor registration includes complimentary meal tickets for one person for Sunday dinner, Tuesday dinner, and Harmony Hour lunch.

A separate meal reservation form will be sent approximately 3–4 weeks before the convention. Exhibitors must indicate which meals they plan to attend, including Wednesday brunch. Additional meal tickets may be purchased through the reservation form.

Meal reservations are required to receive complimentary tickets. Only meals reserved by the deadline will be guaranteed.

Hotel Accommodations

Convention room rates for the MBA Summer Convention are to be announced. Rates do not include the $10 resort fee and are subject to change by the hotel.

Exhibitor Terms

Exhibitors who are instrumental music educators must be members of MBA.

Shipping: Tan-Tar-A will not accept shipping. Shipments should be sent to Page and Brown Convention Services. They can be contacted at www.pagebrown.com or (573) 348-5176.

MBA has the authority to reassign the exhibit space of an exhibitor if deemed to be in the interest of the convention.

Exhibitors causing damage to the facilities will be held responsible and charged accordingly.

Exhibitors must adhere to all rules and regulations. Should an exhibitor fail to comply, MBA may remove the offending exhibitor, and all rights to exhibit at future MBA conferences will be forfeited.

In the event of cancellation of the MBA conference due to causes beyond the control of MBA, the Board of Directors shall determine an equitable basis for refunding monies received from exhibitors remaining after payment of expenses incurred.

MBA, its officers, and members are not responsible for injuries to exhibitors or their representatives, nor for loss or damage to merchandise or property. MBA, its officers, and members are not responsible for acts or representations of exhibitors or their representatives, nor for Tan-Tar-A Resort or its representatives.

MBA shall have full power to interpret, amend, and enforce all rules and regulations of this agreement. All decisions are binding on the exhibitor. In the event that any provision of this agreement becomes invalid, the contract shall continue in full force without said provision.
